Final Demo Complete

March 13, 2026

We have now completed our final demo day with clients and industry professionals, which felt like a big milestone for the team. The demo went well overall, and we came away with really helpful feedback on both the technical side and the user experience.

Demo day outcomes

During the demo, we walked through the full workflow of our assistant, including planning, scheduling, and communication through Webex. We focused on showing how the multiagent architecture handles realistic meeting requests and adapts to user context.

The feedback confirmed that the core idea is practical and genuinely useful, especially for improving productivity in busy teams. Several reviewers said the coordination between components was clear and that the system has strong potential in real-world settings.

Using the feedback

After the demo, we started iterating right away based on what we heard. Our immediate priority is improving reliability and edge-case handling so the assistant behaves consistently across a wider range of scheduling scenarios.

We are also expanding test coverage so each module can be validated on its own and as part of the full workflow. In parallel, we are improving project documentation so future contributors and stakeholders can quickly understand the architecture, setup, and expected behaviour.

Final phase priorities

As we move into the final stage of the project, our focus is on making the codebase more robust, scalable, and easier to maintain. This includes cleaning up interfaces between agents, improving error handling, and preparing a clear handover package for the client.

This final phase is about turning a strong prototype into a polished and dependable solution that the client can confidently build on.
