Project Complete: Handover and Reflections

We have now completed the code and had our final call with our client. The handover call was a great way to close this chapter, and we were really happy to receive positive feedback on both the system design and the practical value of the solution.

One of the most useful outcomes from the handover discussion was specific feedback on communication flow. For example, the client suggested that invitations should sometimes be sent to individuals separately rather than in one group message, since group requests can occasionally be missed or create unnecessary clutter.

We used this feedback to guide our final refinements so the assistant behaves in a way that better matches real workplace communication patterns.

Final deliverables

In the final days, we are focused on completing all project deliverables, including final reports and demo videos. We also carried out final checks on documentation and implementation quality to make sure the handover package is complete, clear, and maintainable.

Reflections

This project has been a valuable learning experience for the whole team. We improved not only our technical skills in multiagent systems, APIs, and architecture, but also our ability to iterate based on client feedback and deliver a solution in a professional setting.

We are excited to see how this work can evolve and potentially grow into a full personal assistant system over time.
